PJ joined Zerga Development in April of 2006 after having spent the prior three years at Pace Realty Corporation; a Dallas based multi-family management company where she had reporting responsibilities for a portfolio which included, at times, as many as 17 multi-family and senior properties.

Prior to that, she worked for McCaslin Development where she was responsible for the coordination of vendors, contractors, construction and management personnel with ownership. Projects overseen included The Quarters at Memorial, a 380 unit lease-up project in Houston, The Quarters at Cityplace a 244 unit project in Dallas and the Heritage Park commercial office building also located in Houston.

PJ has over 15 years of experience in various aspects of commercial real estate including support roles with firms that specialize in real estate investment, development and management. In addition, she has owned her own business managing residential single family homes.

Her various support roles have afforded her the opportunity to learn from the most basic level the ins and outs of real estate development and management. Her background coupled with her strong organizational skills and eye for detail makes her the ideal choice to help oversee the assets of Zerga Development.

PJ has her CAPS (Certified Apartment Property Supervisor) certification from the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas and the National Apartment Association.
